absolutism and objectivism
distinct but related philosophical concepts.
Absolutism, in the context of ethics, asserts that there are universal,
unchanging moral principles that apply to everyone in all situations.
Objectivism, on the other hand, holds that morality is objective,
meaning it exists independently of human opinions or beliefs.
While objectivism suggests there are moral truths,
absolutism takes it a step further by claiming these truths are exceptionless and non-overrideable.
